Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at getmelit@justlit.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: JustLit London LTD, Suite 152, 80A Ruskin Ave, Welling, DA16 3QQ.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

JustLit London charges a restocking fee of 50% for all returned items within 30 days of receipt. For returns after 30 days, a restocking fee of 50% will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers should inspect their order upon reception and contact JustLit London immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if they receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be evaluated and made right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

   - Clients are obligated to pay the correct fee for our digital products, tools, and books services as agreed upon in the initial contract or invoice.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   - If a client decides to cancel their order, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled delivery or service date. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

3. Refund Eligibility:

   - Clients who have paid the correct fee and followed our cancellation policy may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

      - The digital product, tool, or book service was not provided as described in the contract or was not delivered.

      - There are technical issues or defects in the digital product that render it unusable or significantly impede its intended function.

4. Refund Request Process:

   - To request a refund, the client must notify JustLit London via email within 7 days of the issue arising. The email should include a clear description of the problem and any relevant supporting documentation.

5. Review and Approval:

   - JustLit London will review refund requests within a reasonable time frame. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances and evidence provided.

6. Refund Disbursement:

   - If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days and issued through the original payment method used by the client.

7. Exclusions:

   - Refunds will not be granted for cases where the client:

      - Fails to pay the correct fee for the services.

      - Cancels an order less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

      - Requests a refund for reasons other than those stated in this policy.
